Cole Sewall has lived in Emmett most of his life and a graduate of Emmett High School. He has been a staff member at Cherry Gulch since its creation, and was promoted to one of the first program Shift Managers, which he maintained that role for two and a half years. As a Shift Manager Cole went above and beyond. He became a certified facilitator in the S.A.M.A. program, he is also certified in Positive Parenting with a Plan, and the Anatomy of Peace. Cole was then promoted to Program Coordinator, where he continued to use his knowledge to train shift managers and direct care staff to perform to the best of their abilities. He was then promoted to Program Manager, where he managed the day to day side of the Cherry Gulch program. Most recently he has been promoted to Residential Director. He is an avid outward mindset leader and passionate about creating and sustaining a positive culture for our students and staff.
His interests include hiking, snowboarding, camping with his RV, hunting, paint-balling, wake-boarding, and anything to do with the outdoors. Cole has a variety of interests and his background have been very beneficial for his progress at Cherry Gulch. Cole is married and is the proud father of a son and daughter.
