Gerry Worley
Direct Care Staff Active ImageMy name is Gerry Worley. I was raised on a small farm in Emmett, graduating High School in 1970. I went to Electronics School in Phoenix and worked in the grocery business becoming the night manager. I continued working in the retail business for approximately eight years, ending up as Assistant Store Manager for K-Mart. I also worked as Maintenance Supervisor for Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport. In the mid-seventies I spent several years in Alaska working as a Teamster on the Trans Alaska Pipeline. I worked as a Real Estate Agent in Boise eventually buying the Hilltop Cafe in Ada County. Upon my father's illness I returned to the Emmett Valley, buying several acres and have been back for over eight years. I have two daughters one in Junior High in Emmett and the other one in College at Western Washington University in Bellingham, WA. I enjoy Horticulture, Rock hounding, and wild mushroom picking. I enjoy working on the night-shift at Cherry Gulch and the superb group of people.
