Amee joined our team as a part-time therapist, and we are pleased to have recently moved her
to full-time. Amee has a strong clinical background and a great rapport
with our boys.
Amee received a Bachelor's Degree in education from the University of
Idaho in 2000 and taught elementary school in the Treasure Valley. While
teaching, Amee worked summers for The Casey Family Program backpacking
with foster teens in many of Idaho's wilderness areas and from this
experience decided to further her education and return to school at
Boise State University. She received her Master's Degree in Counseling
in 2005 and began working at an inpatient psychiatric hospital for
children and adults. In her free time Amee enjoys spending time with her
husband and two sons in Idaho's outdoors. She is an avid runner and
spends many weekends logging miles in the Boise Foothills.Amee is
excited to be at Cherry Gulch and continue to learn and grow.
